Racket information: Details about your rackets including brand, model, and stringing preferences
Order history: Records of your stringing orders and any loaner rackets you have borrowed

Why we collect your data
We process your data to fulfil orders you place with stringing shops. The legal basis for this processing is contract performance — we need your information to provide the service you have requested.If you opt in to marketing emails, we will occasionally send you news and updates. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Who we share your data with
When you visit a stringing shop, they may search for your account by name or email address to create an order for you. Once an order is created, the shop can view your contact details and order history so they can fulfil your order and contact you when it is ready.
Important: Stringing shops are independent businesses, not our employees or contractors. Once we share your data with a shop for order fulfilment, that shop becomes a separate data controller and is responsible for their own compliance with data protection law. We encourage you to review the privacy practices of any shop you use.
How long we keep your data
We retain your account data for as long as you have an active account. Order history is kept for 7 years for accounting and legal purposes.To delete your account, go to Settings → Profile → Delete Account in the app, or email privacy@stringit.io. When you delete your account, we remove your personal information. Anonymised order history may be retained for shop accounting purposes.
